For More Than Twenty Years, Kenneth Kremsky Has Worked in Both Finance and Process Control

Currently based in Pennsylvania, Kenneth Kremsky serves as a consultant for a private equity business. He helps with the A2R procedure for the company's acquisition and installs the new ERP accounting software. In the past, he filled in for Interstate Brands Corporation as an Associate Controller. He started acting as Nabisco Inc.'s director of cost accounting in 1999 and remained there until 2005. Kenneth began working for Kraft Foods Inc. as a controller in 2005. He started working for Mondelez International in 2012 as a stand-in Senior Manager of Finance and Strategic Projects.

In his previous role as finance lead, Kenneth conducted financial analysis for the Kraft Austerity Team. The team's objectives included a 5% reduction in raw and packaging material losses and a 15% reduction in fixed expenses, both of which were accomplished. In order to review the fixed labor and maintenance spending, he generated weekly reports.

He was previously employed by Kraft Foods Group as the Controller and Manager of Strategic Analysis. He oversaw the facility's whole accounting operation, which included creating the yearly operating budget, making sure Sarbanes Oxley compliance was maintained, and managing both internal and external audits. He oversaw the SAP Catalyst Implementation Team's finances.

For more than twenty years, Kenneth has worked in both process control and finance. He has been helping his clients save millions of dollars annually. His most recent accomplishment as finance manager is that he has helped his customer save $75 million a year.
